Terms and Conditions

By booking with Visional Disco you are accepting the terms and conditions that when you sign the booking form that is sent to you via Royal Mail that you want the disco or dj or both on the day and time specified on the booking form. If you fail to inform the DJ of a changed date or that you are canceling, 1. if the DJ does not show up for this reason, Visional Disco cannot be held responsible for the event not going planned, and 2. Visional Disco has the right to settle any monies owed for fuel and other financal losses in a small claims court. Visional Disco has the right to ask for a deposit to guarentee the disco or event.

Cancellations

Please be aware that if you book a disco and wish to CANCEL it you must give at least 7 DAYS notice! You may be asked for a deposit to guarentee the booking, this is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the event.
